It is suited as two-stage sterilization equipments of caned and bottled food. It is made of technology tank. Hot water tank,pump, connection pipe and automation controller(with PLC in side it) The hot water of high temperature and pressure makes a rapid, hightemperature sterilization of food.
A slow turn-back of the food inside it makes the heat conduction more rapid and even so as to reduce the sterilization time, which makes the sterilization management of high temperature and short time possible avoiding overheat around the food. The temperature controller can automatically adjust according to the character of various package.The pressure control system can make counterpressure adjustment complying with the different situation, which is beneficial to prevent the deformation and damage and to increase the percent of turnoff. Meantime, through the check and analyusis of the record curve of T-tand P-t, there`ll be an efficient production and quality mangement.
